What Is Self-Awareness?
Self-Awareness is the very foundation of who we are, what makes each of us a unique individual - and, ultimately, the key to creating a happy, fulfilled life.  It begins with noticing - noticing how we feel, what we think, what habits or behavior patterns we use, what we need to feel safe, happy, and loved.  Noticing these things leads us to the next step, which is recognizing if our current thoughts, feelings, and actions are bringing us closer to our dreams and goals, or if they're preventing us from moving forward.
Here at the Self-Awareness Institute, our goal is to support people at any stage in their personal growth cycle, including:
  • people just beginning to search for a better understanding of themselves,
  • individuals seeking information and guidance during a personal growth spurt or after a life-altering event,
  • and those who have reached a higher level of self-awareness and are now looking to fine-tune specific issues or patterns.
Why is Self-Awareness Important?
